The fun theory

"The fun theory" is a initiative of Volkswagen to estimulate and develop funny urban interventions that somehow change the social behaviour for the good.

In their website you can find some videos of public interactive installations developed by them. There is also a contest with the deadline is 15th November where you can send your idea of a urban funny installation. The Prize is 2500 euros, not bad.
